Industrial oil isn't an expense — it's operational insurance
The wrong oil, contaminated oil, or oil that has lost its properties is not a question of litres — it's a question of uptime. A transformer overheating because its dielectric oil absorbed moisture, a hydraulic system seizing from accelerated wear, a truck engine losing protection under load, or a CNC machine producing a defective finish because the emulsion broke down — each of these stops a production line, a fleet or a site. At Dolek Energy we treat oils the way we treat diesel: as a critical material that operational continuity depends on, not as a shelf item.
In practice the implication is simple — we don't sell you "oil," we match the right material to your specific standard, temperature, load and equipment, supply it in the quantity and packaging that fit your consumption rate, and back it with documentation that lets you prove compliance to the equipment manufacturer, the insurer and the regulator. That is the approach that separates a complete energy partner from a point of sale.
Our industrial oils catalogue
We bring under one roof the full range of oils and lubricants that Israeli industry consumes — so you can consolidate orders, shorten lead times and work with a single party that understands your entire equipment fleet.
Transformer oil (IEC 60296)
High-quality dielectric oil for power transformers, substations and switchgear, in line with the IEC 60296:2020 standard — available as Type A/B and in inhibited / uninhibited grades according to the manufacturer's requirement. Transformer oil is responsible for electrical insulation and for carrying heat away from the core, which is why breakdown voltage, moisture content and acidity must be kept under full control. Every shipment arrives with a matching COA (Certificate of Analysis) and SDS.
Hydraulic oil (HLP, DIN 51524-2)
Hydraulic oil of type HLP 46 and HLP 68 in line with DIN 51524 Part 2, in viscosity grades ISO VG 46 / 68 — for heavy equipment, cranes, lift platforms, presses, injection systems and industrial machinery. Hydraulic oil is the power-transmission medium of the system, and its wear or contamination directly affects precision, response times and the service life of pumps and valves. We match the viscosity grade to the operating temperature and the manufacturer's recommendation, and supply in drums, tankers or IBC totes.
Heavy engine oil (API CK-4)
Diesel engine oils to the API CK-4 and ACEA E7/E9 standards, in grades 10W-40 / 15W-40 / 10W-30 — for trucks, buses, earthmoving equipment and industrial engines. The CK-4 standard is built for modern engines with exhaust-aftertreatment systems (DPF/SCR), delivering improved wear protection, oxidation stability under load and deposit control. For fleets we build a steady supply in volume, alongside gear oil, grease and AdBlue — so the entire lubrication and fluids package of the fleet comes from a single source.
Gear oil & grease
Gear and differential oils to the API GL-4 / GL-5 standards in grades 75W-90 / 80W-90, and greases in NLGI 2 classification or by application (high temperature, load, water). Suitable for gearboxes, drive axles, bearings, sheave bearings and lifting equipment — in fleets, in workshops and across an industrial maintenance setup.
CNC fluids & metalworking
Cooling and lubrication fluids for metalworking in line with ISO 6743-7 (Family M) — emulsions, semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids, and neat cutting oils. Choosing the right fluid directly affects surface finish, tool life, feed rate, and the health and air quality on the shop floor. We match the fluid family to the material type (steel, aluminium, stainless), to the machine type and to the filtration system — for CNC plants, metalworking shops and workshops.
AdBlue / urea solution
Urea solution (AdBlue) for SCR systems in diesel vehicles, truck fleets and equipment — in jerricans and IBC totes. A natural complement for the fleets that already receive diesel and engine oil from us.
Who it's for
Factories & industry
Hydraulic oil for presses and injection systems, compressor and gear oils, and in plants with substations, transformer oil too. A single supplier for the whole lubrication setup simplifies procurement, consolidates documentation and shortens downtime.
Workshops & service centres
API CK-4 engine oil for heavy vehicles, gear oils and grease, in working quantities and convenient packaging, with availability that matches your service pace.
Electrical contractors & transformer maintenance
Transformer oil IEC 60296 with COA/SDS, for replacement, top-up and maintenance of transformers and substations.
Fleets & haulage companies
One package of engine oil, gear oil, grease and AdBlue, on a steady supply planned around mileage and service frequency.
How we work with you
1. Quick scoping — you tell us which equipment, which standard or viscosity grade, and in what quantity and frequency. If you're not sure, we help identify the right material.
2. Product match & documentation — we match the exact oil to the requirement and provide COA/SDS where relevant, so you can prove compliance with the standard.
3. Supply in the right packaging — from drums and IBC totes to tankers, with nationwide coverage and a response for urgent deliveries.
4. Continuity — we build a steady supply plan with you, so you're never caught without a critical oil in the middle of a shift.
Checking an alternative to an existing product
Already using a particular oil and want to check an available, cost-effective alternative? Send us the product name, the SDS, or a photo of the drum label — and we'll come back with a match to the equivalent standard, plus price and availability. It's a fast way to evaluate an alternative without compromising on the spec your equipment manufacturer requires, and without stopping the line.
Documentation, standards & safety
Good industrial oil is worthless without control over the spec. Every product we supply is provided in line with the relevant international standard — IEC 60296 for transformer oil, DIN 51524-2 for hydraulic oil, API CK-4 / ACEA for heavy engine oil, and ISO 6743-7 for CNC fluids — and accompanied by a COA and SDS on request. The documentation isn't a formality: it's what lets you preserve the manufacturer's warranty, meet hazardous-materials and safety requirements, and manage operational risk properly. We also handle the removal of used oils with certificates — part of Dolek Energy's full-lifecycle approach.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which industrial oils do you supply?
Transformer oil (IEC 60296), hydraulic oil (HLP 46/68 to DIN 51524-2), heavy engine oil (API CK-4), gear oil and grease, and CNC fluids for metalworking (ISO 6743-7) — as well as AdBlue/DEF. All from one supplier, with nationwide coverage.
Do you provide COA and SDS documentation?
Yes. Every relevant product comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) on request — so you can prove compliance with the standard to the equipment manufacturer, the insurer and the regulator.
What packaging and quantities are available?
From drums and IBC totes to tankers, depending on the product type and your consumption rate. For fleets and factories we build a steady, pre-planned supply programme.
I'm not sure which oil suits my equipment — can you help?
Yes. You can send a product name, an SDS or a photo of the drum label, and we will match the right material to the standard and viscosity grade your equipment manufacturer requires. It is also the way to check an alternative to a product you currently use.
Do you have a response for urgent supply?
Yes. Dolek's emergency line is available 24/7 for urgent nationwide deliveries, including critical oils whose shortage would stop production or a fleet.
What's the difference between HLP 46 and HLP 68?
Both are hydraulic oils to DIN 51524-2 and differ in viscosity grade: HLP 46 (ISO VG 46) suits most systems at average operating temperatures, while HLP 68 (ISO VG 68) is more viscous and suits higher loads or hot ambient temperatures. We match to the equipment manufacturer's recommendation and the operating conditions.
